StayFittMom is a place created to empower woman, especially mothers; or anyone that we come in contact with to get active and maintain a healthy lifestyle while being amazing at anything you were created to do. All while keeping their sanity. As a mother of 8 children, 7 living and 1 angel baby, it seemed impossible for me to get everything in order. I thought that it was impossible to do. The reality is, its messy business. But here I am, here to be an inspiration to other mothers and women everywhere. You can make changes!
